We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world. ### Responsibilities - Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Web3 products, with broad experience across the Web3 ecosystem including wallet infrastructure, DeFi protocols, DEX trading, market data, and on-chain interactions - Lead product development end to end, from concept and planning to launch and continuous optimization - Use strong Web3 product expertise to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and drive high-quality decisions in a fast-moving market - Lead and manage a mid-sized product team, providing clear direction, prioritization, and coaching - Establish effective product management processes to improve execution, alignment, and delivery quality - Partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insight gathering to inform product strategy and prioritization - Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables - Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams - Monitor product performance through data and user feedback, and continuously drive improvements ### Requirements - At least 10 years of product experience, with strong understan
