What You'll Do - Handle and resolve Level 2 identity-related service requests and incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. - Manage, qualify, and escalate tickets through the ITSM tool while contributing to root cause analysis and continuous improvement. - Administer Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts, security groups, GPOs, OUs, trust relationships, and DNS configuration. - Monitor Domain Controller health and replication status, and participate in compliance remediation and AD security hardening activities. - Execute identity lifecycle operations such as access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews in line with security policies. - Support basic operational tasks on AWS and Azure subscriptions related to identity infrastructure hosting. - Maintain and update operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to ensure team continuity.
