Ecosystem Growth Specialist (Streaming API) Contract/Company: Covalent Covalent powers access to multichain blockchain data across 100+ chains with GoldRush — a suite of developer products. Their Streaming API delivers low-latency, real-time blockchain events over WebSocket for trading bots, on-chain games, copy-trading platforms and AI agents. Responsibilities: - Drive sales and customer success through outbound efforts, referrals and CRM management to meet targets. - Onboard customers, provide training and daily support; monitor health scores and forecast renewals. - Manage technical integrations, coordinate internal teams and optimize workflows to meet milestones. - Design and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals (DEX bots, gaming engines, trading platforms). - Identify and recruit projects and power users for real-time streaming data and convert them into active users. - Create and coordinate co-marketing and customer-focused content (case studies, blog posts, webinars, hackathons). - Engage in crypto-native channels (Telegram, Farcaster, Crypto Twitter, Discord) to attract prospects and gather feedback. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role. - Actively involved in the Web3 space. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts. - Strategic thinker able to translate business objectives into technology strategies. - Committed to staying current on industry developments.
