Let's build together. Your impact Financial Services sits at the heart of Mollie's future. It serves our existing payments customers, supports our expansion across Europe and underpins our ambition to become a bank. The work happening here will define how Mollie scales globally, and this role sits right in the middle of it. As Product Delivery Manager, you will be the accountable lead for the Wallet & Ledger team, one of Mollie's most technically complex and strategically important areas. You will report into the Head of Product Delivery and work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. This is a meaningful step up from execution-focused delivery work. You will own a substantial, ambiguous problem space and be expected to shape direction, not just follow it. This is a role for someone who is decisive, technically grounded, and comfortable navigating complexity without a clear playbook. You will set the roadmap, identify the most critical problems and opportunities, and drive alignment across teams whose work underpins the financial integrity of Mollie's core platform. What you'll ship - Own the problem space for Wallet & Ledger end-to-end, setting the roadmap independently and ensuring the team is aligned to Mollie's long-term objectives.
