Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack AI Engineer, Backend Oriented (Fully Remote) Full-time/Company: Binance Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. It offers a broad portfolio of digital-asset products across trading, finance, research, payments, institutional services and Web3 features. Applicants should be located in: Taiwan (Taipei); Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney); Hong Kong; Japan (Tokyo); New Zealand (Auckland); or the Netherlands (Amsterdam). Responsibilities: - Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under guidance - Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into workflows - Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced frontend-backend handoff - Act as a full stack "seed learner" — absorb practices and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer - Observe and suggest improvements to cross-team product, design, and engineering workflows - Contribute across the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above (CS or AI-related majors a plus) - Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions) - Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang - Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks - Experience building end-to-end projects (personal, academic, or internship) - Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts - Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools and ability to articulate requirements to AI tools Nice to have: - Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects - Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web) - Internship or work experience at startups - Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects Stack: Java, Golang, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks, AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) Benefits: - Competitive salary and company benefits - Collaborate with world-class talent in a flat, user-centric global organization - Tackle fast-paced projects with autonomy and opportunities for career growth and continuous learning - Work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on business team) 📩 Apply
