The Affordability Product Manager will drive continuous product improvement and feature optimization to enable regional and local performance for all 15 Pandora markets across our brands Foodra, Yemeksepeti and Foodpanda. Main ResponsibilitiesDefine Product Requirements & Prioritization: Analyze promotional performance data to identify product limitations and gaps. Conduct monthly diagnostics with central, regional, and local teams to surface feature/tool needs. Own Feature Execution & Market Rollout: Lead sprint execution to ensure features address core performance bottlenecks. Own feature rollout sequencing and feasibility planning across central and regional markets. Measure Product Impact: Define success metrics (adoption, revenue, margin, efficiency). Build dashboards tracking feature performance and regional uptake. Validate through A/B testing. Troubleshoot & Resolve Product Blockers: Monitor emerging product issues and execution gaps through ongoing diagnostics with regional teams.
