Senior title, Staff-leaning scope — clear path to Tech Lead across Marketplace Core, Growth, and Hotels. 2/3 of traffic is web, so this work is genuinely business-critical, and it's also the launchpad for AI features (concierge chatbot, AI spa booker). js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog. Backend touchpoints in Rails/Node/Postgres/Mongo on AWS.
