You might pull a cohort in SQL, decompose why last week's advance-to-repayment funnel dipped, wireframe a fix in Miro, and dogfood the latest build, all before lunch. You treat data as your first instinct, not a last resort, and you're never satisfied with a dashboard someone else built for you. Because you're passionate about solving deeply personal financial problems for consumers, you'll do whatever it takes to find the right solutions. You'll work collaboratively within your dedicated product team of design and engineering, and cross-functionally with marketing, risk, legal, operations, and leadership, and whoever else you need to get it done.
