Description MEMX is searching for a Market Operations Analyst to join our International Team. The primary focus of this role is customer service, being the first point of contact for exchange members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions. Other responsibilities include the monitoring and troubleshooting of the exchange. The team will be point in identifying and mitigating operational risks and attending to Members requests. Clear and constant communication across many different internal and external departments will be necessary. Shift time for this role will be 9:00pm ET to 6:00am EST. In your first few months you will be working the Sunday to Thursday shift. In the coming months, the team’s goal is to move your shift to Saturday through Wednesday after you are fully ramped.
