The feature set is very rich and targets our complex user base with running, cycling, wellness, training, smartwatch, golfing, diving, and even pregnancy tracking feature. We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week. Responsibilities Create and execute designs for software components within a larger project. Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Software Engineers. Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions. Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes. Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems. Strong knowledge of Android architecture components (ViewModel, StateFlow/LiveData, Room) and application architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture. Proficiency in Kotlin including coroutines, Flow, and idiomatic language features. Strong Jetpack Compose skills: state hoisting, side effects, theming, custom components, and View interop. Experience with dependency injection frameworks. Solid understanding of background processing (WorkManager, foreground services) and BT/BLE APIs. Familiarity with testing practices: unit tests (JUnit, MockK) and UI tests (Compose Testing / Espresso). Experience with Gradle/AGP buil
