Public Cloud Services - PCS is hiring on behalf of one of the largest telecommunications companies in Egypt. If you are looking for your next opportunity in a leading telecom environment, we are currently hiring for the following IT positions: Work Model: Hybrid | Full-Time Location: Smart Village, Sheikh Zayed Sr. Supervisor – Solution Architecture Experience: 5+ Years Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Communication Engineering. Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. Telecom systems and IT architecture experience. Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, operating systems, and databases. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. TOGAF certification is a plus. Supervisor – Project Management Experience: 2–4 Years Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience managing IT or Telecom projects. Understanding of telecom technologies and network infrastructure. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools is preferred. Supervisor – Siebel CRM Development Experience: 2+ Years Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (preferred Siebel 17+). Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Workflows, Business Services, EAI, Web Services, SOAP, and REST APIs. Experience integrating Siebel CRM with enterprise applications. Strong understanding of CRM business processes and customization. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
