Solution Architect – Ultra-Low Latency HFT Infrastructure (Crypto / CEX) ⚡🏗️ Location: any 💰14.000-16.000$ per month 💻We are looking for a visionary Solution Architect to lead the architectural evolution of our high-frequency trading platform, with a primary focus on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) — Binance, OKX, Bybit, Kraken, and others. You will define how our systems communicate with exchange gateways, process market data, and execute orders at scale. The Mission: Design and oversee the implementation of a next-gen trading ecosystem that connects to major CEX with sub-millisecond latency. You will own the end-to-end architecture, from market data ingestion to order execution and risk management, ensuring resilience against exchange-specific quirks and rate limits. Core Architectural Areas: CEX Integration Layer: Unified gateway architecture for multiple exchanges, handling WebSockets, REST, FIX, and private data feeds. System Design: Microservices vs monolithic cores, message bus architecture, data flow optimization. Performance: Implementation of kernel-bypass (Solarflare), NUMA-aware design, and lock-free data structures. Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS-based deployment, auto-scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies. Strategy Pipeline: Architecture for strategy backtesting, simulation, and live deployment. Required Expertise: 📍 8+ years in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in HFT/FinTech focused on CEX. 📍 Deep expertise in C++ (20/23) and Linux systems programming. 📍 Proven track record of designing low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems for centralized exchanges. 📍 Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP multicast, WebSockets) and exchange-specific APIs. 📍 Understanding of CEX microstructures: order books, matching engines, rate limiting, and WebSocket stability patterns. 📍 Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, VPC, load balancers) is mandatory.
