Описание
Based in India, open to relocation/remote. I'm not picky about the exact title - AWS/Cloud Engineer, DevOps, SRE, Platform, whatever fits - I just want to move out of my current role into something better. Problem is I'm getting either silence or auto-rejects. No recruiter calls, no first rounds. Trying to figure out if it's my resume, my targeting, or just the market. Quick background: Cloud Operations role at a services company, \~1.9 yrs (Dec 2024-present) Day job: CloudWatch/EventBridge alerting across 8+ client accounts, Python (Boto3)/Bash automation, SSM patching (\~15-20 servers), AMI lifecycle, IAM/least-privilege, Site-to-Site VPN, a cross-region migration, and cutting a 2+ hr daily reporting task to <15 min with automation Certs: AWS SAA-C03, Azure AZ-900. B.E. Computer Engineering, CGPA 8.24 Portfolio (Terraform + GitHub Actions): a Bedrock-based AlOps incident-diagnosis agent, a CI/CD pipeline to ECS Fargate, and a self-healing EKS platform with Prometheus/Grafana + HPA Specific things I'd like a gut-check on: Does a Cloud Ops → Cloud/DevOps/SRE move read as believable at \~2 YOE, or do I get filtered as a "monitoring/ support" person? Are the portfolio projects actually helping, or do reviewers discount self-built projects as tutorial-style?
