p> strong>About the Role /strong> /p> p>Our client is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to serve as the dedicated technical partner to its Business Development team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, trading, and commercial strategy, focusing on identifying promising opportunities and rapidly building solutions that create new revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with experience across DeFi and digital assets, strong trading awareness, and the ability to move quickly in fast-paced environments where ownership and execution matter. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities /strong> /p> ul> li>Evaluate emerging DeFi and trading opportunities, assessing technical feasibility, risk, market dynamics, and potential P&L. /li> li>Build and deploy solutions including bridging infrastructure, liquidation bots, RWA minting/redemption workflows, and AMM liquidity strategies. /li> li>Rapidly develop MVPs to validate opportunities and support strategic business initiatives. /li> li>Act as the primary technical resource embedded within the Business Development organization. /li> li>Help incubate and launch new trading or commercial initiatives from concept through validation and scale. /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Requirements /strong> /p> ul> li>Background as a DeFi engineer, technical trader, DeFi founder, or similarly hands-on crypto builder with an understanding of liquidity, market structure, execution, and P&L. /li> li>Proven ability
