Senior IT Engineer Full-time/Company: Blockchain.com Blockchain is a leading global crypto company connecting millions of people to cryptocurrency, with over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users. The company focuses on secure, fast access to crypto and is rapidly expanding its global operations. This role requires being based in Dallas and working in the office four days per week. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees, including VIP and C-suite, with white-glove service and discretion - Maintain and provision employee hardware and software using Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms - Perform onboarding, offboarding, re-provisioning, and manage laptop logistics, shipments and collections - Configure and manage network infrastructure (Meraki switches, access points, firewalls) and office LAN/Wi‑Fi - Support AV and video conferencing systems (Logitech, Owl) and platforms (Google Meet, Zoom) - Administer core SaaS platforms (Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager) and support AI tools adoption - Support office builds, moves, internal/external events, vendor and ISP management; provide occasional out-of-hours support Requirements: - 5+ years in IT support or systems engineering, preferably in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments - High security awareness and knowledge of security best practices - Strong TCP/IP, networking, routing, and firewall knowledge; hands-on Meraki experience - Proficiency in macOS administration and Google Workspace admin - Experience with Jamf or equivalent MDM at an admin level (policies, updates, patching) - Experience supporting AV/video conferencing hardware and software - Experience supporting VIP/C-suite users with professionalism and discretion Nice to have: - Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe, DocuSign - Rippling MDM experience - ISP/vendor experience (Verizon or similar) Stack: Apple Business Manager, Jamf, MDM platforms, macOS, Google Workspace, Meraki, Logitech, Owl, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Microsoft 365, Adobe, DocuSign, Rippling, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Benefits: - Full-time salary (based on experience) and meaningful equity - Work from Anywhere policy: up to 4 weeks to work remotely from abroad - Office located in the heart of Dallas with a mandatory four days per week in-person scheme - Unlimited vacation policy - Apple equipment and a flexible work culture - Opportunity to grow at a rapidly expanding global crypto company 📩 Apply
