Reporting to the Japan Country Manager, the Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Sprout’s deployments in Japan run smoothly and are delivered successfully. ai ’s product suite and driving adoption within the business. What you will do Owning the end-to-end project delivery for Sprout’s Japanese customers, across PoCs and production deployments. Define, gain agreement on, and communicate project milestones ; create and maintain a pragmatic, risk‑aware delivery plan. Safeguard team pace and quality during day‑to‑day execution through proactive progress tracking, early issue identification, structured root-cause analysis and solution design. Work with customers to prove the value of the Sprout technology in a test case and support in driving the success of POCs, ensuring conversion to production engagement.
