Certa is the AI-first third-party operating system. This is a paid 6-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at the end based on performance. You'll build the interfaces enterprise users interact with every day, shipping real features to real customers from your first sprint, with real ownership and direct mentorship from senior engineers. What You'll Do Build UI components: Develop pixel-perfect, highly interactive UI components in React. Turn designs into code: Translate Figma designs into production-ready code, and push back when the design doesn't make sense. Own performance: Care about load times, re-renders, and bundle sizes. Collaborate on APIs: Work with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts. " What You'll Need JS/TS fundamentals: A solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals: closures, async, and the event loop. React: Working knowledge of React: hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. Real project experience: You've shipped something real to the web (even if small) and gone beyond tutorials: thoughtful state management (what lives where and why), API integration with loading/error/auth handling, forms with client- and server-aware validation, multi-page routing (nested and protected routes, query params), or working with a component library or design system.
