Engineering Manager, Blockchain Full-time/Company: Anchorage Digital Anchorage Digital builds the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions, offering custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and industry-leading security infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Refine engineering roadmap and drive operational excellence for your team - Create technology strategy and deliver scalable solutions for complex challenges - Lead a team of engineers and take ownership of execution, timeliness, and impact - Mentor, coach, and support engineers’ personal and professional growth - Work closely with Product Managers to align product plans with team capacity - Collaborate with other engineering managers, recruiting, and people teams on hiring and retention Requirements: - Proven experience managing and mentoring geographically distributed engineering teams - Real-world experience building complex distributed systems - Strong computer science fundamentals (concurrency, algorithms, data structures) - Commitment to code quality and robust test infrastructure - Experience with applied cryptography - Professional experience with Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity Nice to have: - Background in the finance industry - Familiarity with optimistic rollups and zero-knowledge technologies - Regularly reading blockchain protocol white papers for professional interest Stack: Go, Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, optimistic & zero-knowledge tech, applied cryptography 📩 Apply
