As we expand our customer SaaS deployments, we are currently seeking experienced site reliability engineers (SREs) bringing fresh ideas, demonstrating a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoying collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop reliable real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Oracle database environments across lifecycle (Dev/Test/Prod) with end-to-end accountability for availability and performanceLead database installation, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle managementDrive proactive performance tuning and optimization strategiesDefine and implement robust backup and recovery strategies (RMAN)Design and manage high-availability architectures (RAC, Data Guard)Lead troubleshooting of complex incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive long-term fixesDrive automation-first approach using Shell, PL/SQL, Ansible, TerraformCollaborate with cloud, platform, and application teams for integrated deliveryEnsure compliance with operational governance (patching, change, security standards)Mentor junior DBAs (G4) and uplift overall team capabilityRequired Ski
