ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced backend developer with a curious mindset? Do you have a passion for building intuitive, cutting-edge solutions with state-of-the-art technology? As part of our Retention domain, you’ll play a key role in developing the platforms and features that keep players engaged and coming back for more. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving, flat-structured team as a Senior Backend Engineer, where your work will directly shape value-generating features across our products. The Retention team powers the organisation with communication capabilities, ranging from indirect and direct communication with the players to a custom-built toolbox that enriches the player journey with bonuses, loyalty programs, and seamless cross-channel experiences. As one of the most crucial parts of the player lifecycle, the Retention domain ensures our players return for new, exciting, and rewarding experiences. We’re driven by excellence and fuelled by innovation now we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
