As part of our Retention domain, you’ll play a key role in developing the platforms and features that keep players engaged and coming back for more. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving, flat-structured team as a Senior Backend Engineer, where your work will directly shape value-generating features across our products. The Retention team powers the organisation with communication capabilities, ranging from indirect and direct communication with the players to a custom-built toolbox that enriches the player journey with bonuses, loyalty programs, and seamless cross-channel experiences. As one of the most crucial parts of the player lifecycle, the Retention domain ensures our players return for new, exciting, and rewarding experiences.
