Описание

Belmoney is a Belgian fintech company operating in the international money transfer (remittance) space. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help us create simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for our customers. What you'll do Design user experiences and interfaces across our digital products Translate business and customer needs into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development process Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Improve existing user journeys based on customer feedback, data, and usability insights Build and maintain a consistent design system and UI patterns Prepare designs and specifications for development and work closely with engineers during implementation Contribute to product discovery and early-stage concept development Help establish and maintain UX/UI best practices across the product team What we're looking for 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX or Product Design Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles Experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile products Strong knowledge of tools such as Figma Ability to create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces Good understanding of accessibility and responsive
