As a Senior Data & Analytics Programme Manager , you will be working for our client, a global leader in the financial services industry. You will oversee major data migration and platform development projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. This role offers a unique chance to influence strategic initiatives and advance your leadership career in a dynamic, regulated environment. Your main responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of complex data and platform programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. Lead and coordinate global teams of project managers, business analysts, and vendor partners across multiple locations. Develop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies, maintaining oversight of project schedules, budgets, benefits realization, and risk management. Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to plan and forecast upcoming work streams and change requirements. Manage resource allocation, financial planning, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal delivery efficiency.
