IT Automation & Business Systems Engineer Location: Hybrid / Kraków Department: Enterprise Technology & Operations Reporting to: Head of IT Operations About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Automation & Business Systems Engineer to join a fast-growing international technology organization. This is a highly cross-functional role combining automation engineering, internal platform ownership, low-code development, cloud administration, and IT operations . You will work closely with teams across HR, Finance, Security, Engineering, and Operations to streamline business processes, integrate key enterprise applications, and build internal tools that improve efficiency and governance at scale. Key Responsibilities Automation & Systems Integration Design, build, and maintain business process automations across HR, Finance, and operational systems. Support identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding workflows. Maintain integrations between enterprise platforms such as HRIS, CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot automation failures, API issues, data synchronization problems, and workflow performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. Internal Platforms & Application Ownership Own and enhance internal applications used for governance, reporting, and operational workflows.
