Job Responsibilities Manage and support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application delivery. Monitor platform performance, availability, and security using industry-standard observability tools. Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Automate operational processes through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve system reliability and scalability. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or SRE roles. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, on at least 2 cloud platforms required Eg. AWS, Azure, GCP, Aliyun or Huawei Cloud Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or equivalent. Proficient in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform). Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar. Experience managing databases and production environments is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
