Описание

We are looking for a Lead SAP CPI Engineer to drive innovation and governance in integration solutions. You will focus on proof of concepts, quality assurance, and mentoring teams to ensure robust and timely delivery of integration initiatives. Join us to contribute to enterprise modernization and elevate integration maturity across projects. Responsibilities Ensure robust integration delivery through strong quality assurance practices and governance of build standards Promote reuse of existing integration assets and patterns across business initiatives Remove blockers and drive progress to complete integration initiatives on time Mentor developers to uplift integration maturity and overall technical excellence Facilitate effective collaboration using Kanban boards and pull-based task models Serve as point of contact for integration and backlog topics collaborating with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Integration Leads Support enterprise modernization through proof-of-concepts, demos, and exposure to emerging technologies Work closely with Operations team to identify improvement areas, optimize integration flows, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in middleware development or integration architecture in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments Expertise in SAP CPI including iPaaS platform, SAP C
