Ignite innovation in test automation: shape the future of software quality! Warsaw-based opportunity, hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office). As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will work for our client, a leader in financial technology services, on a new client-facing portal for end investors (onboarding, AML/KYC, transactions, dashboards and reporting). You will build fully automated end-to-end test coverage for the portal UI and backend services, enabling scalable growth and continuous delivery. This is a long-term program, and you will join a new Scrum team at the very beginning of the build. Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks at UI and API levels, with the goal of end-to-end test automation across the portal. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous regression coverage and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with developers, product and operations partners to identify test coverage gaps and edge cases early, in a test-driven (TDD) way of working. Analyze test failures and defects, working with developers to resolve issues quickly. Manage test data and environment stability to maximize automated testing efficiency. Report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders. You’re ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in test automation within an enterprise environment.
