🌍 Remote, with occasional on-site presence in Bucharest for workshops (once every 1-2 months) ⏳ Contract duration: 6 months + strong extension potential (up to 2 years) 🧾 B2B contract (own PFA/SRL) 🗣️ English-speaking project 🚀 Start date: ASAP, accepting up to 1 month of notice. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale international POS rollout program. The future colleague will analyze country-specific business processes and requirements and translate them into structured, actionable functional requirements. The Business Analyst will act as an interface between country stakeholders, discovery teams, product teams, and engineering squads. A solid understanding of retail, checkout, and POS environments is required. The ideal candidate is able to quickly understand country-specific processes, identify deviations from the standard solution, and provide the necessary business context for solution design and rollout decisions. Responsibilities Conduct country discovery activities to understand local checkout processes, business requirements, fiscal requirements, payment methods, and operational constraints. Prepare and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews with country organizations and relevant business functions. Analyze and document existing business processes, operational workflows, functional requirements, and country-specific constraints.
