Unleash innovative front-end excellence — lead the future of enterprise portal experiences! Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model. As a Senior Design Developer (React), you will be working for our client, a leader in digital portal solutions within the financial services industry. You will drive the creation of accessible, enterprise-grade portals by translating complex requirements into high-fidelity prototypes, establishing UI/UX standards, and leading a talented development team. Your main responsibilities: Lead the requirements-to-prototype pipeline by collaborating with stakeholders to produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Define and enforce UI/UX standards, interaction patterns, and design system governance across all portal applications. Architect and develop key React/TypeScript front-end components and shared UI libraries, setting technical and design standards for the team. Review pull requests, providing constructive feedback on both design fidelity and code quality.
