As a Senior Data & Analytics Transformation Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, dedicated to building a sustainable and modern data ecosystem. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to transform HSBC’s data landscape, enabling data-driven decisions and innovative growth. This role offers a unique chance to influence enterprise-wide change and accelerate digital evolution. Your main responsibilities: Define and implement the enterprise SAS analytics transformation strategy, aligning outcomes with business and technology goals. Lead executive discussions on scope, sequencing, and funding, ensuring stakeholder alignment across global teams. Oversee the transformation portfolio, managing program delivery, milestones, and quality standards. Drive enterprise benefits realization, governance, and change management initiatives for the SAS migration. Own the resource strategy, financial planning, and capacity modeling to support large-scale data transformation programs. Lead and develop a high-performing delivery organization, including Program Managers and specialists. Manage supplier relationships, strategic negotiations, and performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
