We are seeking a passionate and experienced Test Lead / Manager to drive our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of exceptional software products. Role Summary: As the Test Lead / Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all testing activities across multiple projects. You will define testing strategies, build and mentor a high-performing testing team, and ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and timelines. Define testing scope, objectives, and resource allocation. Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software testers. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs. Test Execution & Reporting: Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
