Key Qualifications The minimum requirements for the role are: As a BI Developer (Open Source), you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Business Intelligence solutions using open-source technologies. Your expertise in data analysis and developing data flows will enable the transformation of raw data into valuable insights. Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar databases). Basic knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis. Nice to have or willing to learn fast: Knowledge of DuckDB. Understanding of the ETL process. Familiarity with data flows using Apache NiFi or Apache Hop. Experience using open-source BI tools for data visualization and reporting Education Background Educational background combining technical knowledge and practical skills: Student / Higher education in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields. Practical experience with PostgreSQL, ETL, and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage Your Responsibilities You will make good use of all of the skills above to deliver the following: Develop and optimize data flows to transform raw data into useful reports and impactful visualizations.
