Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions across enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, define business requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving business and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Design Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs. Evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support the development of innovative solutions that align with business goals and user expectations. Requirements Management Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and use cases.
