Our Data Migration & Transformation Capability supports organizations undertaking large-scale change initiatives, including: Post-Merger Integrations Technology carve-outs and separations Core Banking replacements and upgrades CRM and ERP transformations Platform consolidations Enterprise modernization programs These transformations frequently require business-critical data to be migrated between applications, operating models and technology landscapes while maintaining business continuity, regulatory compliance and customer experience. As part of our team, you will help clients design, govern and deliver migration activities that enable successful transformation outcomes. Who We Are Looking For You will work with business leaders, technology teams, architects and transformation specialists to help organizations deliver complex business and technology transformations. Depending on your experience, interests and project needs, you may contribute across different areas of migration and transformation programs throughout their lifecycle. You will support clients in designing, planning, governing and delivering migration activities that enable successful transitions between business applications, operating models and technology landscapes.
