Join Ericsson’s Business Network Engineering Unit as a Senior Baseband System Developer. You’ll work with a group focused on driving systemization and innovation for next-generation Radio Access Network products, emphasizing baseband algorithms and the development of cutting-edge wireless technologies, including signal processing and multi-antenna systems. What you will do Lead systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products: define system requirements, drive feature development, and align technical roadmaps. Design, optimize, and validate physical layer (L1) and radio resource management (RRM) algorithms, focusing on digital signal processing, MIMO, and beamforming strategies. Conduct advanced link-level and network-level system studies to evaluate and improve wireless network performance and efficiency for 5G/6G.
