Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in Almaty for a project developing a banking loyalty platform and ensuring reliable, scalable services and seamless system integrations. The customer is a well-established financial institution providing a broad range of banking and financial services to individual and corporate clients. It combines an extensive service network with modern digital solutions, offering retail and business banking, payments, lending, and other financial products. The organization continues to invest in technology and service development to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and accessibility. The project is focused on developing and enhancing a banking loyalty platform with complex business logic and multiple integrations with internal and external systems. It aims to provide scalable, reliable, and seamless loyalty services while supporting diverse customer reward and engagement scenarios. Responsibilities Preparing and executing test cases in accordance with project requirements and tasks. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution. Verifying implemented changes and new functionality. Participating in requirements analysis and assessing product quality risks. Collaborating with the development team, analysts, and other project stakeholders to ensure release quality.
