Location & Work Model Hybrid | Gdańsk or Warsaw | 3 days/week office presence required Join a dynamic agile team and help build high-quality, scalable solutions using modern technologies. You'll play a key role in delivering business-critical applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and contributing to engineering excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Develop robust, clean, and well-tested Java applications. Design and deliver solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to innovation programs, technology communities, and knowledge-sharing activities. Required Skills & Experience 4-5 years of experience as a Java Developer. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with: Java Spring Boot Spring Integration Gradle Oracle Kafka Experience with REST APIs and API integrations. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of software testing principles, including negative testing. Fluent English. Nice to Have Linux administration and troubleshooting.
