Founding AI Product Manager We are an early-stage startup building a new AI-powered product from the ground up. We are not looking for someone to execute a predefined roadmap. We are looking for a builder. Someone who is excited by ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and eager to help shape both the product and the business behind it. This role is for a person who wants to create something meaningful from scratch, challenge assumptions, test ideas, and turn opportunities into real products. What You'll Do Co-create the product vision and strategy alongside the founders. Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs. Generate, prioritize, and test product ideas. Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Collaborate closely with the technical team developing AI-based capabilities. Help shape the go-to-market approach and product positioning. Drive product discovery and continuous iteration based on user feedback. What We're Looking For Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Strategy, Innovation, or a similar role. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than simply execute. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, unstructured environment. Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other Generative AI solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
