Описание

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, ERP About the Client Our Client designs and manufactures sustainable temperature-controlled packaging for the perishable food and life sciences industries. We're a privately held, high-growth company of about 700 people. We're building the systems foundation to scale, including active Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP B1 implementations. The Role You'll be the bridge between how our business runs and how our systems support it. You'll work with manufacturing, procurement, finance, and order-to-cash teams to understand their processes and turn their needs into clear requirements. You'll configure and test solutions in Business Central/SAP B1 and our Microsoft stack. This is a hands-on role: you won't just document the work, you'll help deliver it. You'll also serve as backup coverage for our Technical Product Owner and Business Central developer. What You'll Do Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders. Map current- and future-state processes and identify gaps. Write user stories and acceptance criteria that developers can build from without rework. Configure Business Central/SAP B1 functionality and document the design decisions behind it. Own test planning and UAT, including test scripts, defect triage, and sign-off with business users.
