Employer: Leading Global Biotech Company Location: Remotely from Poland Rate: 115 PLN/h Cooperation model: B2B Start date: ASAP Recruitment process: 2 online interviews We are looking for a Senior Business Project and Program Manager to join a leading global biotech company. The role is based within its Diagnostics division, which provides in vitro diagnostic solutions, laboratory automation, advanced systems, and testing technologies that support faster and more accurate clinical decisions. This is a business-oriented program management role rather than an IT position. Within Global Customer Support, you will lead the Service AI portfolio, including Service Copilot, Online Support Chatbot, VoiceBots, Automated Call Summarization, and Field Service AI Augmentation. Your primary responsibility will be to turn strategic objectives into coordinated business execution across global and regional service teams. Success in this position will depend more on stakeholder management, business understanding, governance, communication, and organizational alignment than on detailed technical expertise. Your role is: Program Execution & Governance Manage the Service AI Program Roadmap end to end, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with Global Service Leadership priorities.
