M9 Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work hybrid remote/on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required. Responsibilities Analyzes and maps existing operational processes, identifies gaps, and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, governance, and compliance. Develops, updates, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with organizational requirements. Designs and implements dashboards that provide visibility into process performance, risk indicators, workflow status, and key operational metrics. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, process validation sessions, user training, and adoption of new procedures and reporting tools.
