Описание

Accountabilities - Data validation and database integrity Review, cross-check, and validate information submitted by project teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across master databases and working files. - Validate impact metrics and supporting evidence against established reporting standards and documentation requirements. - Maintain structured Excel workbooks, ensuring formula accuracy, version control, and well-organized SharePoint documentation. - Identify data discrepancies and information gaps, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them, and maintain clear validation records. - Identify opportunities to improve data validation workflows and introduce automation where appropriate. - Project planning and milestone tracking Develop and maintain Gantt charts in MS Project to monitor project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. - Track deadlines, milestone payments, approvals, and project risks, following up with relevant stakeholders and escalating potential delays. - Provide day-to-day coordination support to Project Managers to help ensure projects remain on schedule and documentation stays up to date. - Dashboards, reporting, and executive presentations Collect, consolidate, analyse, and verify information from multiple sources to produce accurate and reliable reports. - Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards to support project tracking, performance analysis, and reporting on sustainability impact metrics. - Prepare and re
