Role Description - Softdocs is looking for a technology and client-oriented professional who is passionate about software implementation and revolutionizing the education sector. The mission of the Professional Services Team is to provide a superior client onboarding experience that builds a solid foundation for adoption of our products across their academic institution. Business Solutions Consultants are a key part of the implementation project team, which delivers Softdocs's Etrieve software to new clients and provides software consulting services. Business Solutions Consultants will own all the functional business analysis to identify how Softdocs’s products can best be utilized by the various users across an educational institution. The role reports to the Manager of Professional Services. Responsibilities - Make s clients wildly successful through their onboarding experience to Softdocs’s Etrieve - Partners with Project Manager to ensure satisfactory client communication and understanding of project deliverables and deadlines - Partners with Technical Solutions Consultants on system configuration requirements to meet the implementation needs - Work s across multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to anticipate and manage changes in projects - Consults with clients to identify business processes related to document handling and document workflows - Delivers documentation to the client capturing in written form what the client shares in conversation and an actio
