Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance compliance systems (software) that support business objectives, leveraging our cryptocurrency fintech products to deliver innovative customer experiences. Drive the full software development lifecycle, including capturing and analyzing requirements (user needs, software requirements, and performance requirements). Apply sound design principles to robust software. Perform unit and integration testing. Design, deploy, and continuously improve backend applications, in collaboration with wider Ripple cross-functional technical teams. Implement and drive coding, testing, and deployment processes at Ripple, raising these processes to Ripple’s engineering excellence standards. Telecommuting permitted up to 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned office location. m. m. MINIMUM REQUIREM
