Lead Global Workplace & Service Experience (100%) Location: Poland/Warsaw with travels to Switzerland Workload: 100% About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Global Workplace & Service Experience to join a global IT Infrastructure & Operations organization. This is a newly created leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and further develop global workplace services, improve the end-user experience, and drive standardization across international locations. You will lead an international team, combining technical expertise with team leadership and continuous service improvement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, solving complex technical challenges, and translating ideas into practical solutions. Your Responsibilities Lead and develop the Global Workplace & Service Experience capability, providing functional leadership to the Global Operations Hub. Guide and coordinate an international team of six IT professionals based in Poland and Switzerland, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across locations. Stay actively involved in daily technical operations, workplace engineering, troubleshooting, and complex incident resolution. Own and continuously improve the global Microsoft-based workplace environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly IT services.
