SAP S/4HANA Program Manager We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to join a large-scale, international SAP transformation programme . In this role, you will co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries and business units , working closely with the Programme Lead, business stakeholders, SAP Center of Excellence and external implementation partners. You will be involved throughout the full rollout lifecycle, from planning and fit-to-template analysis to data migration, cutover, training and go-live. Project details Contract: B2B Work model: Hybrid (Kraków/Warszawa) Your responsibilities Co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across different countries and business units, sharing responsibility for delivery throughout all project phases. Take ownership of assigned workstreams and step in for the Programme/Project Lead when required. Support planning and delivery across core SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM and SD . Conduct fit-to-template / fit-gap analysis together with local business stakeholders. Coordinate data migration, cutover, training and go-live activities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies . Coordinate external implementation partners and work closely with the SAP Center of Excellence . Support template governance, compliance and business continuity throughout the rollout. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international project environment .
