Описание

We are seeking an R&D engineer who can support the development, the analysis and the improvement of simulation platforms of magnetic recording developed by C++ and Python. Key Responsibilities Analyze, understand, and improve a magnetic recording simulation program written in C++. Maintain existing codebase, implement new features, optimize performance, and handle defect fixes. Analyze and maintain HDD drive control code written in Python. Develop test scripts to operate a magnetic head evaluation system. Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required. Requirements Academic Qualification: Master’s / MPhil degree holder or above Field of Study: Applied Physics / Physics / Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering / or relevant disciplines Years of Experience: Preferable 1 - 3 years of relevant experience Solid hands-on experience in C++ and Python development is a must. Experience with simulation software, control software, or software for measurement /evaluation equipment. Proven capability in reading, analyzing, refactoring, and optimizing existing source code. Hands-on experience developing test scripts or automation tools. Strong analytical and logical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Enthusiastic, responsible, highly independent, and cooperative team player. Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese.
