About the role Join a market-leading financial services organisation undergoing large-scale digital transformation and help create exceptional customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key responsibilities Develop UX/CX strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, researchers, and consultants in Agile teams Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and optimize digital experiences through data-driven insights Present design concepts and manage design feedback throughout the project lifecycle About you 5+ years of UX/UI design experience Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Responsive Design Experience designing web and mobile applications Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools Experience in user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping, and service design Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working within Agile environments Benefits Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital initiatives Collaborative and innovative working environment Competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits Regional exposure and career development opportunities
