About the role We are looking for a hands-on Senior System Analyst to lead system analysis & design and guide the development team on a large-scale government project, from requirements through to production rollout. Upon satisfactory completion of the full employment period specified in this Contract, the Employee shall be entitled to a contract-end gratuity. Key responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, business workflow analysis and system design with government users. g. BRS / SRS, SA&D Report, SDS, Database Specification). Translate business requirements into technical specifications, API designs and data models; oversee front-end, back-end and database design. Guide developers and testers, run design and code reviews, and make sure the delivered system matches the approved design. Chair project meetings and workshops, and follow up action items and change requests through to closure. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development and system analysis, including at least 2–3 years as a Senior SA or Lead SA. Java: Solid hands-on experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud microservices and RESTful API design. js preferred). PostgreSQL: Proficient in relational data modelling
