Come build with us! About the Role: Aura 's Monetization team drives revenue growth by building and optimizing the systems that convert, retain, and grow our customer base. We own enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across web and mobile platforms. We are looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable working across the full stack, and is eager to continuously learn new technologies and skills. You will build features that touch millions of customers and directly impact Aura 's growth and revenue. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments, ship quickly, and iterate based on results. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to ship features rapidly, while applying your own software expertise and judgment to ensure quality through application of best practices, robust testing, and appropriate guardrails.
